“For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your ancestors, but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect.” (1 Peter 1:18-19)  listen to chapter  (Read by Max McLean. We Share The Dream

"I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character." - Dr. Marin Luther King Jr.

Many have pointed to the fact that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr's personal life was marred by the indiscretion of an extra-marital affair. Though King David made the same mistake and worse, we still read the many Pslams which he wrote knowing God used a fallen man to say things wonderful and true.

Likewise, though Dr. King was not a perfect man, his speech about equality is wonderful and worthy of being repeated. The fact is, Dr. King did a lot of good for our nation. And we share his dream and vision of a nation where we will not be judged by the color of our skin but by the content of our character.
